As Director of Operations, Sean Jackson responsibilities encompass supporting the Production, Maintenance and Distribution functions of Paris Corporation. His position focuses on creating better synergies and increased efficiencies with communication between all departments.
His career began in the food and beverage industry in 1993 as a front-line employee for the Pepsi Bottling Group. While there, Sean held several different manufacturing roles in the quality control, production and distribution departments of the company.
In 2007, Sean joined Lassonde Pappas, a private label juice and cranberry sauce manufacturer, as a Department Manager. After holding several departmental leadership roles during his tenure, Sean finished his career as a Plant Manager with responsibility of two manufacturing locations.
Sean comes to Paris from Chelten House Products, a premium food manufacturing and distribution company for all natural and organic fine tasting pasta sauces, salad dressings, salsas, ketchups, mustards and host of other sauces and blends. As Distribution Manager for Chelten House Products, Sean was responsible for the storage and timely distribution of goods. This involved managing transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods to minimize loss and maximize revenue.
Working his way up through the ranks of the food and beverage industry, Sean has worn many hats and established himself a key performance driver. Sean brings a proven track record of leadership, process improvement and employee development from his 27 years of manufacturing experience to Paris.

Sean graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
