Kurt C. Koloseike joined Paris Corporation as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, healthcare services, financial services, and business services organizations. Throughout his career, Kurt has led companies through growth, transformation, acquisition, integration, and ownership transitions, with a strong focus on operational excellence, profitability, and long-term growth.
Before joining Paris, Kurt served as Interim CEO of Hanson Lab Solutions, a California-based specialty manufacturer of laboratory casework and related equipment. In that role, he helped stabilize the organization and supported the business’s successful recapitalization.
Previously, Kurt spent more than a decade as President & CEO of S. Walter Packaging Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor specializing in custom packaging solutions. During his tenure, Kurt led a comprehensive transformation of the business that resulted in more than 100% revenue growth and over 400% EBITDA growth. His leadership helped strengthen the company’s market position and ultimately contributed to its successful sale in August 2025.
Throughout his career, Kurt has built and developed high-performing teams while working closely with employees, customers, investors, and business partners to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. His experience includes strategic planning, business development, manufacturing and distribution operations, supply chain optimization, financial management, and organizational development.
As CEO of Paris Corporation, Kurt is focused on building upon the company’s more than 60-year history while positioning Paris for its next chapter of growth. He is committed to strengthening the business, supporting its employees, delivering value to customers, and continuing the culture and relationships that have been central to Paris Corporation’s success.
Kurt earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pennsylvania State University and his Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from West Chester University.
