With over ten years of experience in HR, Katie Hendrick is a result-focused professional who concentrates on talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions. In addition, she oversees all HR functions to support our employees. Her vast human resources experience makes her well-versed in payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation.
Prior to Paris, Katie was employed by American Autowire, a premier automotive electrical manufacturer for OEM/restoration, modified restoration, and street rod custom vehicles. There, Katie was responsible for several aspects of the Human Resources Department, such as talent and recruitment, benefits, training, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
Katie’s goal is to take the initiative and redefine people’s mindset of HR. “I am here to help, assist, guide, and inform. It’s not all about policy and procedure. It’s about creating a comfortable atmosphere where employees and the employer have someone to go to for help, guidance, and assistance.”
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a SHRM certified professional. She has a love for HR but is devoted to diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
