November is here and Thanksgiving is just around the corner! That’s the day we remember to be thankful. But why do we only take time to be thankful one day out of the year? It’s important to practice gratitude daily because remembering the little things you are thankful for each day gives you a better outlook on life and a more positive attitude. Even on a bad day, looking for a few things that make you happy can turn your frown upside down!
We’ve created a weekly printable for you to write down three things you are thankful for each day. It can be anything from a cup of coffee to someone you love. The point is to help you recognize all the things you have to be thankful for in your life.
At the end of the week, there is a space to write three highlights of the week. Try to make a habit of filling out this sheet every week and create a personal gratitude binder.
Maybe even challenge yourself to do it for a whole year, and then look back on each week to see the things you were thankful for.
