As the Vice President of Operations, Dwight Hallman responsibilities encompass supporting the Production, Supply Chain and Distribution functions of Paris Corporation. His position focuses on creating better synergies and increased efficiencies with communication between all three departments.
Dwight Hallman comes to Paris from Sirchie, a manufacturer of crime scene supplies, riot gear and specialty vehicles. He started with Sirchie in December of 2008 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to COO in 2013.
He previously worked for companies such as GE, GSK, ATT, Greer Laboratories and Valeant Pharmaceuticals in key strategic roles in the areas of organizational planning, supply chain management, procurement, contract management, operations, sales improvement, process mapping and improvements, facilities management as well as business development.
In moving Paris forward, another part of Dwight’s duties involves incorporating lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives across all areas under his guidance to ensure Paris’ competitiveness in the marketplace.
Dwight believes a true testament to the people of Paris’ is the culture of an open and welcoming environment established by its founders to always deliver high quality, reliable products to their partners and consumers through hard work and dedication.
Dwight graduated from Elon University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Economics.
